Exchanges & Returns

To return or exchange merchandise take a moment and read the following:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • Credit will be issued within 5 days of receipt of your return for returns received within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Credit will be issued back to your original payment method.
  • Credit will be issued for the amount charged for the merchandise. 
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return merchandise unless damaged or defective.
  • Consolidate your return by waiting to receive your entire order in the event that you need to return more than one item. It will save you money.
  • Returns received after 30 days from the original delivery date will be credited as merchandise exchange only, less shipping and handling fees.
  • Sale items are eligible for exchange only.
  • Final sale items, those ending in $.99, are nonrefundable.
  • Gift returns will be processed as an exchange.

To receive full credit for your return, merchandise must still have the tags attached, replaced in the original manufacturer’s packaging, and be unworn. We must abide by those same requirements; we aren’t just being a pain. : )

In order to protect our customers that aren’t trying to get one over on us, From The Women’s Tees will strictly adhere to the following:

  • Merchandise returned damaged or not suitable for re-sale will not be accepted. 
  • No credit or exchange will be issued for items that are damaged due to washing.
  • Our merchandise team can tell when an item has been worn. Merchandise returned with make-up marks, lotion and spray stains, pet hair, or perfume/cigarette fumes or any other indicators of wear will be returned to you. No refund will be issued.
  • You know who you are, please do business with someone else. Thank you.

NEW! Self Service Returns/Exchanges

  1. Log into your account
  2. Find the order you wish to return and click the Return Items link.
  3. Specify the Qty To Return, Return Reason, and Return Action.

Exchanges

  • On your return paperwork, please let us know which item(s) you would like to return. If you are returning for an exchange, please note the new size, color, or item that you would like to receive.
  • If you want to both return for a refund AND exchange items, from your order- the total of your returned merchandise will be calculated based on the original price of the item less any applicable discounts, and credited immediately, and the exchanges will be processed and shipped.
  • For even exchanges, no additional shipping costs will be charged, within the Continental US, Alaska, or Hawaii. 
  • For International orders (including Canada), to exchange an item, email: mycaddie@fromthewomenstees.com for an estimate for return shipping fees.
  • For exchanges that exceed your return merchandise total, please authorize us to use your previous order’s billing information, on your return paperwork. 

International Exchange/Return?

  • International orders do not qualify for free return shipping.
  • If you want to make an exchange, a new order must be placed. Shipping will be applied to the new order. 
  • Items being shipped back to From The Women’s Tees™ must be marked “Returns of no commercial value” for entry to the USA.
  • Returns will not be accepted by From The Women’s Tees™ if shipped COD (cash on delivery).
  • Packages should be shipped insured and with signature required as the package is the responsibility of the customer until it reaches From The Women’s Tees™.
  • Credit will not be issued on any shipping or duty fees for either the outgoing shipment or incoming shipment. The customer is fully responsible for these fees. 

Defective Merchandise

If you receive defective merchandise, contact us within 5 business days via email: mycaddie@fromthewomenstees.com.  In the subject line write, Defective Merchandise. 

Be sure to include your order number, name, and contact phone number.
